Programme Overview
This programme develops the ability to turn organisational data into useful insight for operational and strategic decision-making. The curriculum examines data management, statistics, visualisation, modelling and business performance, linking conceptual study with current questions in evidence-led organisational improvement.
You will work with business cases and data sets to frame questions, interpret findings and present recommendations for non-specialist audiences. You will work through guided activities, applied scenarios and peer discussion, developing a disciplined approach to evidence, communication and independent work.
A focus on responsible analytics helps you consider data quality, fairness, privacy and the limits of quantitative evidence in managerial decisions. Learning is organised for online participation, with clear milestones, tutor feedback and space to connect ideas across the programme. Throughout, opportunities to compare perspectives and receive formative feedback help consolidate your understanding, refine your judgement and prepare you to engage confidently with unfamiliar professional challenges. The final stage invites you to bring your learning together in a sustained piece of work.
