Programme Overview
This programme considers how ideas are identified, tested and developed into viable new ventures or innovation projects. The curriculum examines opportunity, customers, finance, innovation, growth and entrepreneurial ecosystems, linking conceptual study with current questions in start-ups, small firms and intrapreneurial initiatives.
Applied activities encourage you to investigate a problem, test assumptions and communicate a credible value proposition to different audiences. You will work through guided activities, applied scenarios and peer discussion, developing a disciplined approach to evidence, communication and independent work.
The programme treats entrepreneurship as a reflective practice, addressing uncertainty, responsible innovation and the social consequences of new ventures. Learning is organised for online participation, with clear milestones, tutor feedback and space to connect ideas across the programme. Throughout, opportunities to compare perspectives and receive formative feedback help consolidate your understanding, refine your judgement and prepare you to engage confidently with unfamiliar professional challenges. The final stage invites you to bring your learning together in a sustained piece of work.
